Creating the AGILITY ADVANTAGE
Recipe For Success
YOU have so many new tools to share with your participants! Let's brainstorm how to best integrate them into YOUR work.
Activity Goal

Ideate how to build an Agility Culture in your environment by incorporating the tools and language.
Resources Needed
Posters with training themes listed posted around the room (example: Agile Work Profiler, Agility Videos...)
Different color marker for each group
Activity
-
Divide the room into small groups
-
Each group goes to one poster and brainstorms as much as they can remember about the tool or asset that is headlined on the poster. Especially considering how this tool or asset would bring an individual to have the AGILITY ADVANTAGE and an AGILITY CULTURE. (approx. 2 minutes)

When the timer buzzes each group rotates counter-clockwise to the next poster and repeat the same brainstorming process. It is important that when the group moves from poster to poster they keep their same colored marker.

Continue rotating until groups are back at their original poster.

Have groups determine what is most important on their posters and then present that information to the group.
